Travel to UK: are there known LapBand docs?

From mid-Aug. to mid-Sept. I will be traveling to Ireland, England, Scotland and possibly Paris. I will probably have a partial unfill so that I don't run into any problems, but in the event that I do have problems, I'd like to know if there are doctors in the UK that are familiar w/ the Lap-Band. a huge gulp of water always seems to work for me. i dread it, but know that i will have relief once the stuff comes up.
