Ok the unjury is pretty good, I can live with it ! What is the nornal amount of fills a person needs ? I will be going for my 3rd, I feel some restriction but not a lot. I have 5.5cc in the midband. How much more do I need. When I get a fill I feel tight for about a min then very little.

Well I bought Unjury in chocolate, so we shall see how it tastes. I hope good !

I did the not feeling so well, I will just have a little soup. I did play this up the day befoe to make it believable to the inlaws. They believed me, I deserve an Oscar ! LoL

I just tried promax protein bars from Walmart. They are very good , 20 grams of protein per bar and they come in great flavors, black forest cake, chocolate peanutbutter crunch,cookies and cream, chocolate coconut ! They are $ 2.65 a bar. What do you guys think about this product ?

Lots of people have been talking about unjury. What are the benefits of using a protein powder?

Should I be adding a protein powder to my diet ? I drank that god awful protein water for a few days after surgery but that was it ?

My surgery was on Friday and I was back to work on Monday. I was still a bit sore but not too bad. I also did not want anyone to know that I was having anything done, so one sick no one thinks twice.

This was my 2nd fill. the first they put in 5cc and tookout 1cc. The 2nd fill, they put in 2 cc and took out .5cc. This is going to sound very childish but why can't I keep water down with the normal fill ? There was about 6 women in my first fill group and only one other person needed a defill.

Yes , she said sorry it was her mistake. I think next time I will call and talk to her in person to confirm the Apt. The lady who was there was very nice, and I did not want to spit the dummy on her , as she said she would do me right away , and was very nice about it.

Mine was Benny and Jerry's Ice cream, the chocolate one with the brownie in it, so sweet, creamy ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Once I did it I thought this really was not so bad. The gas in my shoulder was painful, thank god for gas x . Some people that I have read about ,did not have any gas pain. Lucky them

Well , the lady who did the fill was very nice and had no idea what could of happened but told me not to worry she would do the fill and let them know on monday. I would have only lost my mind if she could not do it. I dug out the comfirmation email of the apt and sent it back to them asking about my apt. I do not like the Idea that I can book a fill, confirm it,fly down and they do not bother to show up and had no idea that I had an apt ! What the hell is that all about ! What the hell is that all about

I am glad they were able to do it, but when you travel by plane nown you do expect to have an apt. I would have had a melt down if they could not do it !
