Guy, Thank you so much, for the Motrin, It really helped, i took it last night and guess what in the morning i ate a banana after like 2 weeks, God it feels great to eat something, rather than being on liquid, was getting sick of it. Thank you again and have a Great Day !!!

I am down 75 lbs and 89 more to go, I saw you pics, you look so good, I wanted to know what exercises you did for toning? coz I don't see any sagging skin.. you look great.
