  1. Happy Bandiversary! & thanks again for all the help and great info you give.
  2. Thanks BG, it works now.
  3. I have created and saved my ticker but still it's not showing on my blogs. Do you have to go back to the edit signature and insert it or copy paste it every time you start a blog or it should appear automatically if i have saved it? Thanks

  5. :ohmy:It was so painful. I chewed my chicken over and over but sent it down too fast and it got stuck. It was the worse feeling ever! especially being alone at home, I thought I was going to die and by the time my family comes home I am dead. I need to work on not eating too fast. Still love my band more and more everyday! Surgery : 33 days ago Start weight: 165 Now: 149 (same in the last two weeks)

  16. :smile2:Going into 4th week post op and waiting to get my first fill on Friday, I have completely figured how to treat my new friend and loving every minute of it. 18. I am three weeks post op too. My first fill will be next week on Friday, like you I am excited to see some real weight loss. I have lost around 15 pounds but I am hungry most of the time but LOVE my BAND! and very excited about losing weight. Good luck to you and please keep posting,it is great to follow people who had their surgery around the same date.
  19. Hi Kimberly, I am right there in the same situation as you are, I am counting calories, eating right, drinking a lot of liquid, walking at least an hour a day and still stuck in that same number on the scale as I was at the end of first week!! so frustrating. Looks like we had the surgery around the same time, just keep working at it and it will all come together for us soon. I am hoping after my first fill in ten days the number will start moving faster. Hang in there.
  20. Welcome back, I missed your blog too! I am new here but I always look for you and read your blogs because they are so helpful, fun ,full of good info, and comes from your heart. Keep on blogging please!
  21. Hi hopefulmechelle, Thanks for your reply. I am very short and am a diabetic too, a bit over borderline ,not too bad so 165 for my height was way too much. I will start checking those inches, thanks for suggesting that's a great idea.
  22. Thank you both for your support. No one said it was going to be easy, i know but so frustrating when I feel starved most of the time but i feel much better physically due to all the walking i have been doing.
  23. Hi Everyone, On Friday it will be three weeks since I had my surgery. I read here from other people that they have lost 27 pounds in three weeks and that makes me feel that I am not doing something right. I only eat 3 time a day as my doctor told me to do and I have been walking at least an hour daily. I started at 165 and now I am at 149. What is the range to be in at 3 weeks post-op? I will have my first fill in about 10 days, for now I don't feel any restriction at all but I do watch my portions very carefully Except once or twice cheating event that I still regret. Thanks
