I weighed 262 when I started, it has been six months and I am down to 202 but in size 14's from 24W's. When did you see the most weight start to come off? I think I am doing good tho! It really starts to show up in your face first! Just keep it up, you will have to apply yourself with a nice high protein and low carb diet for awhile. As of yesterday, I had lost 60 lbs in five months. I really love having the band as my tool, I feel like we are in a partnership.
