Hi everyone, Well I have lost 31 lbs on Sept 29, 2009 two months after my surgery. Iwent to a Birthday Luncheon and did not have any of the Italian Creme Cake! So proud of myself! It was fun, and I had soup with Ice Water and Lemon!

Everyone said they could tell I had lost weight, made me feel good. The Birthday Girl had the Gastric Bypass surgery five years ago, she is still happy with her decision and has not gained her weight back. She lost her only son in a car accident about three years ago, and that could have given her every reason to quit trying, she is so strong! After seeing her, I knew that I would make it, and not give up for anything. I want to be strong like her! Keep in touch and good luck on your journey to slim.
