The ASMBS states that the 20-30 grams of protein is the max our body can absorb is a total myth.

The other articles/research I've read are all in agreement that as long as we are getting the additional amino acids the protein is absorbed, and assimilated in the body. Just thought I would share what I found from the ASMBS.
Most high quality protein supplements have the necessary amino acids added to assist with assimilation.
