hello to all...i hope all is well with my bandsters.....if you have facebook please look me up and add me as a friend....im on facebook via cell ph more then here with my laptop...also, anyone in Texas? I live in The Colony which is 35 mins outside of Dallas, I need a bandster to do 5k's with....PLEASE don't let the 5k fool you, I thought it was hard at first but now it's just a part of me...anyway, let me know, now get busy reaching your wt loss goals!!! :-}

yep pants falling down is a GOOD problem...lol...Ok, Ok, Ok, plz dont mention that game, OMG needless to say "nightmare" for me but "sweet dream" for you...lol....but my son's name is Lonzie Range he's #10 (WR)...he's is in sum of my pics (my heart..haha)...but it's great ur doing the work to help the band...I look at it ike a true LIFETIME change...you have to post update pics when u get a chance....o yea, i'll look over ur 'Hawkeye' problem...lol...hehe

THANKS SO MUCH!! BTW congrads on your band, it saved my life & I pray it's been great for you....O No, I'm from Dallas TX, my son plays football for Iowa State(go CYCLONES)...LOL...the only tip I would give is to workout as much as you can fit in your week. I started 5 to 6 days aweek on a treadmill for 45mins each time..now i'm only going 3days a wk. I also started doing 5k walks, I do that to make sure I do keep working, it makes me stay on the treadmill, in order to do the 5k, i do one a month....needless to say I would NOT be doing 5k's w/out the band...so girl, workout, workout, workout!!...lol...o also the workouts have helped with the melt away of the flab i thought i would have.

Hello, just wanted to let you know I will share my story...but it will be after LaborDay. I'm on the treadmill for 1hr getting ready for a 5K for Marines on LaborDay. when i'm done then getting food on the table for tha hubby, im beat at nite...but I will share.

Hi, im new to this site, I saw your comment on my pic....just wanted you to know I didnt start seeing wt loss until about 4wks after surgery. It will happen, just keep doing what the doctor says and and you'll see the lbs melt away.
