  1. bchgurl4u:

I recommend that you find your "WHY"

"WHY" do you want to lose weight?

Is that "WHY" worth it to you to not turn to food when you're bored, sad, happy, etc? Also known as = Not hungry.

Is that "WHY" worth it to you to choose to exercise each and every day?

Weight loss with the band in my opinion is a huge mental game.

If you can find your "WHY" - then maybe you'll be able to find weight loss?

    Just an idea.

  2. Just a quick post to tell you all that losing weight and maintaining at goal weight is POSSIBLE with the band.

I lost approximately 115 lbs in 14 months.

I have now maintained my weight loss and am at my goal weight for over two years now.

    It's A LOT of work.

    It's not easy.

    But totally worth it!

    You can do it too.

  3. I can honestly say that it's taken me up until about a month ago (14 months into maintenance) to really understand my smaller size.

I can now look at clothes on a rack that are size M or L and hold it up and say to my self, "that's too big"

So I guess it's taken over two years for my head to "catch up" with my body.
