I Am Wearing A 16 Now Compared To A 34. I Am Now A Real Person Shopping In A Real Store. Can You Believe That. I Never really Thought I Would. I Hoped But Because Of All The Other Times I Tried And Never Did It, Its Sometimes Hard To Believe. Looking On The Bottom Of My Page I Guess It Was The 4th Time, But Don't Worry. Marilyn, Yes, It Did Take 3 Fills. Then I Started To Lose 10 Lbs A Month With No Problems. Everyone Is Different But How Ever Many Times It Takes, Just Be Patient For It Will Happen And The Weight Will Start To Fall Off. I Had Only Lost About 15-20 Lbs The First 4 Mos And I Was Discurraged. Then It All Started Up. When Were You Banded? Sounds As If You Were Just About A Yr After Me. I Had A Problem Last June. I Couldn't Eat Anything And If I Tried I Could Take One Bite And Lose It. I Couldn' T Even Drink Much Water. Then It Got Better. Then In Sept It Started Again. This Time It Didn't Get Better. I Was Going A Trip And Didn't Want This Problem, So I Went In For A Unfil. I Have A 10cc And Was At (im Not Sure But It Is Written On The Bottom) 3.6. They Took Out .3cc To A 3.2 And All Was Well. Now, 4 Days Ago It Started Again And I Have Not Eaten In 4 Days. The First 2, I Couldn't Drink Any Water. A Couple Of Sips And It Comes Up. I Think I Was Starting To Get Dehydrated Cause I Was Also Getting Sick To My Tummy And Dizzy. Yesterday Was The First Time I Was Able To Drink. Couldn't Eat But At Least I Drank. Today I Thought I Might Try A Protein Drink Since I Could Drink, But No. Tonight I Can Drink And I Have Had A Few Pretzels. No Problems, So I Pray That It Is Over. It Just Is Strange That When I Was Fine With My Fill For 6 Mos And Then Had To Have A Unfil, Now Maybe Another One. I Don't Want To Stop Losing Altogether. I'm Just Testing It Before I Call The Doc. I Lost Slowly Until My Third Fill. Then The Weight Started To Come Off. Christasha.......i Have Lost 135 Lbs So Far And I Think I Walk Around With A Smile On My Face Everyday. I Still Can Not Believe I Am So Close To 199. When You Look At The Number, The Amount You Need To Lose, It Is Overwelming! I Needed To Lose Around 180 Lbs. Just About Half Of Me. I Have Lost 75 Lbs So Many Times But Never Kept It Off. This Time I Have Lost My 135 And Will Never See It Again! What A Blessing Our Band Is! About The Fills, Do Not Get Discuraged. Hi, I Had My Sx In Aug Of 06 And At My Highest Was 348 With A 55 Bmi, Now I Am 213 With A 33.5 Bmi. I Am So Close To The Normal Range. It Is Still Very Hard To Realize. To Be 29 I Have To Weigh 190. So Only 23 More Lbs. I Love My Band! I Had To Buy A Ball Gown And Went To A Reg Store To Try Them On. I Told The Girl I Thought I Would Wear A 18-20 And She Said Lets Try A 16. Yeah Right! It Fit! My Mind Is Still Where It Has Been For So Many Years. I Think The Last Time I Wore A 16 It Was About 27 Yrs Ago. I'm Just One Happy Lady! Have A Great Weekend. Ladydi

Robin, I Was Very Excited To Attend The Ball Put On By Dr Spivak On The 8th. I Called To Get Directions And Found Out That They Have Canceled It. Boy Am I Bummed! I Bought My Expensive Dress And Wrote And Entered The Contest. Seems Doc Didn't Want To Do It Cause There Were Only 12 Responses To The Contest. I Say, Thats Ok, We Don't Mind. There To Be About 50 People There. I Sure Would Of Liked To Of Gone. Oh Well, I Guess I Will Save The Money And Take Back The Dress. I Did Look Great. A Size 16! I'm Flabby Too But I Think I Feel Good Because Of The Exercise. I Know That When I Started My Arms Were 16" And They Are Down To A 12.75. I Am Trying Hard To Work On Them Cause They Do Look Bad. Hi, I Started Out At 348 Wearing A 34 Dress And A 52dd Bra. Now I Am Wearing A 38f Bra And Was Wearing A 5-6x Shirt And I Am Wearing A 2x Now. I Am 5'7" . I Am Going To A Ball In Dec And Had To Get A Gown. I Tried All The Big Stores But They Had Now Dressy Dress, So I Tried Dillard's. They Had A Huge Selection Of Dresses. I Told The Lady I Have Just Lost 133 Lbs And Think I Am In A 18-20. She Looked At Me And Said Lets Try A 16. I Said Yeah Right! It Fit. I Tried On At Least 20 Different Dresses And All But One Fit In Size 16. I Was Blown Away. I Am Now Down To 213 And Very Happy. This Was The First Time I Have Tried To Buy Anythng In A Reg Store In Over 20 Yrs. Ladydi
