I had my 1st fill 9/4/09 and have not lost a lb since. I am trying not to get discouraged. I walk eveyday for a hour. I am still drinking protien shakes every morning, sometimes 2x a day. My next appt is not till 10/15/09.

I had my 1st fill yesterday. I was really scared. I had to wait 4 hrs. I was hungry, kids 1 & 2 were cranky & hungry. I could only take 2.6 cc. any more & I thought I was gonna die. I could not watch. I am afraid of needles. So I closed my eyes or I stared at the celing. It was really not painful for my local or the injection. It will be a month for me on the 6th and I have lost 22lbs. I will go back on 10/15. I just pray that I can stay focused. I do love the shakes because I make my own in any fruit or coffee flavor I want that day.

I had the same problem. Took my liquid Tylenol and after a week slept fine. I can even sleep on my stomach again. Use soft pillows under your tummy if you need to. It really helped. Good Luck.
