  1. Well... A process that I thought would take about 6 months to complete has happened in less than 3. I am very happy and excited about my surgery, I just thought I had a little more time to prepare.
     
    All my doctor apps happened really fast and last week 11/30 I went in for history and physical, there I was told I needed to start my pre opp diet and my nurse would be calling me in the next week to tell me my date.
     
    The pre op diet was hard and honesty I thought I couldn't do it. I dont own a scale, but when I went to pick up my B/C yesterday I had lost 10 lbs in 4 days!!!! That made me very happy...
     
    This morning my nurse calls and tells me my surgery date is for 12/11, in 3 DAYS!!!!
     
    O and I need to lose 5 more lbs before then... OH MY!
     
    I am very nervous but excited at the same time.. and if anyone else is getting banded on that day I would love a bandster buddy!
