Thanks tmg333; you look good; I have had one fill at 2.5cc's but I dont really feel anything and dont go back until 11/6/09; hope I can stay disciplined until then. I bought some weights and will begin to exercise every day on the treadmill; yeah, i do need to drink more water. Janice/transformed
