I had lapband surgery just over a year ago and have lost 9 kilos to date, however I did lose 16 kilos but have since put some back onI am having trouble at the moment with vomiting whilst I am asleep and will have the band adjusted today again to try and find the correct size.I am very pleased with the outcome, just need to find the right balance. Still have another 10 kilos plus to go though.
