All i did for the first 6mos was walk.. ALOT like 2 to 3miles with my pooch. Everyday! 7days a week. Now I still walk with him, but I do the elliptical trainer 3 times a week. 30 min each time. I have one at home.
Food.. try and stick to protein every meal.. Green vegiies with 2meals. I stayed away from all fruit.. too much sugar even though it was natural sugar.
I cheat a little now.. but for the most part. I stick to alot of Protein..

hey there... I didn't start really losing until after my 3rd fill. So try not to worry too much. My doc will give me a fill anytime I want one, I know other docotors are different, but I dont understand that at all. They always ask me if I am feeling hungry between meals, and if I tell them yes, they do the fill. My weight loss wasnt great until I started the adjustments, dont let this get you down, the begining is the worst part. You are going to be fine, it just takes time and adjustments! Promise!

hey, Just looked at your pics... You look fantastic. I wanted to ask you about beer?? Can you drink it? I noticed some pics that you have posted you have a beer in your hand. I have been so scared to even try it. But i miss it soo much. Not saying I am going to go hog wild... Just wondering how your making that work?

I am glad that you are doing well. Just wear elastic pants for a while until your tummy heals. Try eating creamy potato soups and chew the potato really good, gives you a sense that you actually ate something filling!
This is the hardest part. In a few short weeks, you will be able to eat some mushies, and that helps so much.
I have some good recipes for you once your ready for the regular food phase.

PAPAYA ENZYMES..Walmart by the vitamins, they are for digestive health. It helps in the breaking down of food. They seem to help.
Feeling stuck SUCKS! It feels like your esophugus just closes up, but with food lodged in there, sometimes it wont come up or go down for quit a while! Eventullay it does come (up or down) but it hurts and it sucks really bad! It is hard to really put into words.
I was able to eat bread (very little) and tortillas up until my 3rd fill. Now... There is no way!

Go to wal mart and buy some 1cup ziplock bowls. Put everything you eat in those, whatever it is. Try to stick to that size.
When you to the reg phase of food, do 4 oz of meat (always eat your protein 1st) then a 1/2 cup of whatever else. Green veggies is your best choice.

Make sure you have some Gas-X Strips on hand for the "trapped gas" Take like 3 to 4 of those, otherwise they dont work. Try and get up and walk as much as possible, it really helps get things moving. LOL
Dont try and lay down flat when you get home, prop your self up in a recliner or on the couch, with pillows.
Get some Papaya Enzymes, for when you start reg. food. They help when you get stuck.
Take before photos (front, back, side) and have someone help with your measurments, so you keep track of your progress.
