Please could you advise me? Banded 16/10/2009 things healing nicely, Little gas pain but feeling healthier, sleeping easier. A couple of days ago blue stitches came out and the ends were cut off the clear dissolvable stitches, but the jagged end caught my top and pulled some of the clear stitch out by my long scar. I cut the bit sticking out off. Yesterday I was twisting to get inside the car felt a pain in my side. When I got out I could hardly walk, it got easier as I eventually got to lay down, couldn't at first it was too painful. I feel like I may have pulled a muscle? I took pain killers through the night. I can walk, get up and about now but the pain is still there but not so intense. Is this ok? I am travelling to Belfast tomorrow to work for 3 days and I am a little concerned as it is more painful now than it was before. Seeing Doc on 27 Nov

Hi Debs, arrived at the campanile and already bored waiting for fred to come but not sure what time he is arriving. Got online to keep myself busy otherwise i will start to get nervous as here on my own. after rqding your note i will have a bath i think... will be in touch when i get back home or after the op if i am well enough. know what you mean about work i am due to go back wednesday lol....take care val x

Hope your feeling well and loosing as you would like? I have arrived in belgium and am waiting for fred to come and give me details. Thought i would get on line to try to stop myself getting too nervous. i lost four pounds on my pre op diet which i am happy with, the only way now is down.......

Sorry your not feeling too well after your op, hopefully it will get better as the week goes on. Not doing too great on my diet but still trying, have only lost four pounds but at least its a start. Keep your chin up and keep resting this is just the beginning x
