  20. I need a reset too!!! I was sleeved 04/03/2012...not one complication and loved it! It's the best thing I've ever did for myself. I do tell my friends that it's the easiest but also the hardest thing...Easy because the weight just fell off but hard because it's always a mental game. Ahhh but I digress... My lowest recorded weight was 159lbs...although I think my lowest was at 148lbs (after gall bladder surgery). I am now at 182lbs. GRR...I'm so disappointed in myself BUT I know that I can do it. I want this 20lbs off and I will get it off. I've been planning my meals and starting trying to get in my Water (emphasis on trying) and I start bikram yoga this weekend. 160..you're calling my name! Wish Me Luck ! PS. If anyone needs an accountability partner...let me know
  21. I'll be at three years in April. I was at goal for a long time but the past six months it's slowly creeping back up...I'm working on it now. I started back with Protein shakes and mostly protein all through out the day. My carb intake got crazy! I have about 15-17lbs I would like to permanently get rid of. 23. Has anyone had to deal with ulcers? How serious is having an ulcer and how is it treated for VSG patients? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Is this like "dumping syndrome"? I've had that a few times...ugh, very, very, very bad Thankfully, haven't had it in a long while... hope I didn't just jinx myself.

Comparison... Pic on the left is a month before my VSG surgery (i had a failed realize band in me - regained all weight lost) and the pic is 5months after VSG surgery. Down about 60lbs
  27. I'm down 70 lbs yesterday. OMG...I feel and look amazing lol. My highest weight was 240 I'm 169 today. Size 11 from a 22. I'm SO happy with it. I haven't had any problems at all...sometimes I still stuggle with taking in all of my Water but that's it. Girl, it's the easiest thing... The lapband did nothing for me! I lost 30lbs and was at the highest restriction I could be at. I learned how to cheat with it...it basically sucked for me. I had esophgeal dilatation...I had acid reflux...I was miserable because I wasn't losing anything and THEN gained everything back!!! I'm glad that we have this option available for us when the band didn't work. You're gonna do great!
  28. I remember you from LB talk. You were one of my thinspirations. Yeah, the band didn't work for me and I revised in April 2012 after having the LB for 2 years. VSG is the BEST thing I could have ever did for myself. Good Luck Girl and I look forward to seeing your posts...Much success!!!!
  29. LMAO...I guess I should be more clear. I was at work typing the initial post and tried to hurry. Okay, So, I'm about 20lbs away from my goal. My breasts have taken a hit the last 20 or so lbs. They're not really that bad but are flattening out...if that makes sense. I know a lot of people say you should wait until you're at goal for at least 2 years to get your breasts done, either lifted or implants. I don't want to wait. I want to do it soon, maybe by January. I don't want to go huge or anything...just a really nice full natural looking pair of breasts. What harm could it actually do?
  30. Just curious, what would happen if you're not at goal but want to get new breasts?
  31. I use Kelo-Cote. I bought it from Amazon. It's a little bit pricey but it works really good. I used it for my lapband scars and I'm using it for my new VSG scars.
