I had it done @ Osteopathic Hospital in Harrisburg, I had to go to the support group meetings I had to do a food diary (first) and some other things. I can't really call to mind at the moment. are you local? oh I used the weight loss clinic. I feel great and I've lost enough that I can tell, it's an exciting process and the ramp up or before is just as exciting as the after. I won't lie it was a little painful when I woke up from surgery but as the hours went by it hurt less and less.

I'm doing pretty good I was just thinking of going to weigh myself and see what further progress I have... I get my first fill on the 9th so I'm a lil pyshced for that

Hey N I'm good getting over my food mourning. All went well, how about you. waking up was the worst part but it wasn't long and I'm doing ok.

Thanks Mrs. I'm working on it I have my first follow up on 10-28 so I'll get to know how well I'm doing. It's hard you never realize how much you want food more then you need it. Good Luck I hope your date comes soon this really is a life changing experiance. Can't wait for you to join me on the other side.

Thanks I weighed myself today and it's only been 5 days since surgery I lost 10 lbs I can only imagine how good it will feel to triple that #

well they called yestarday and should be calling me back with a date today but we'll see

No not yet still waiting it's been a week soooo I'm a lil edgy now how long does it take to call over to the hospital and say when can we get this thing done
