Hey you, well what can i say it is going!!! So i got my first fill on Tuesday only 1cc so I still feel no restriction... kinda disapointed in myself too i gained 2 pound from the last time i went to the doctor... but i am back down been busting my butt working out and sticking strickly to the way we are suppose to eat!!! I gotta say i was a little ashame but the holiday cook out is what messed me up!! oh well back on track!! So for total weight loss since my first appointment is 25 pounds...
