    08/12/10 1, 6 in Subway chicken sub. 1 pak light mayo 393 cal 25 pro 2. 1/2 SF Fudgsicle & Apple Slices 55 cal 1 pro 3. Buffalo Strip 230 cal 14 pro 4. Med Fry w/ketchup & big rice krispy 578.6 cal 6 pro 5. Refried Beans with salsa, calcium Vit. 150 cal 7 pro Total Eaten= 1416 cal 53 pro Burned as of 9pm = 4361 calories.. ran 3 miles today, walked at lunch Still hungry but i am going to try not to eat.. was hoping for under 1400 cal today :wink2:. I am sure i wont die from going to bed hungry..

    Yesterdays food.. It was a hard day cause I work as a Paramedic and i ran my butt off yesterday.. 1. Wendys susauge/egg burritto, 330 cal 14.8 pro 2. Colby cheese brick and banana 188 cal 6.2 pro 3. buffalo Chicken strips 1tbsp light ranch 385 cal 21pro 4. 2 taco with beans 410 cal 19 pro 5. 7oz mountain dew( flat) and Icee Popsicle 124 cal 19pro 6. mac and cheese :wink2: was craving this for a week! and my calcium vitamin 149 cal 5 pro Total Eaten= 1587 cal 66 pro Total Burned= 3934 no exercise but alot of running around. Mountain dew was my weakness before surgery and I was on a fire scene as EMS standby for 4 hours without food. my blood sugar was dropping and that was all i could find.. bad choice but i could have been worse..

    08/10/10 1. Burger King Grilled Chicken on Cabatta( sp?) Bread 360cal 55 pro 2. 80 Cheese Bar.. 80cal 5pro 3. Salad 2 buffalo strips.. small baked potato wedges, Light It Dressing. 533 cal 21 pro 4. Ranch Mini rice Cakes and 1/2 Peanut butter Granola Bar 115 cal 2 pro 5. Taco with Beef, beans, lettuce, tom. and my Calcium Choco Vitamin 290cal 13 pro Total= 1379, Very happy with that Burned=3861 Exercise= walked 15 mins during my lunch break and 20 mins bike when i got home

    Was it better than the strawberry? I hate yogurt but i try to make myself eat it.. I have been eating the fiber one yogurt.. 50 calories, 5g fiber, 5 g pro

    08/09/10 Meal 1. grilled Chicken Sandwich, 1tbsp light mayo, calcium vitamin chew. 354 cal 31 pro Snack- Rice Krispy Treats I made for work.. 140 cal 2 pro Meal 2. Salad with 2 Buffalo Chick Strips. Light Ita. Dressing. and Fries Small Order .. 551 Calories 57 pro. Meal 3. 2 Tacos 280 cal 12 pro Total= Calories 1385 Pro 102 Burned= 4559(via of bodybugg) Ran 3 miles Fry bad choice but other than i am happy.. It was a good day compared my past few days... I dont normally eat breakfast foods because I work late evening shifts so i normally dont wake up until 10:30-11

  11. I try to only weight myself once a week... I swear my weight goes up and down depending on the weather... i get myself in a rut if i do it everyday..

    I am in... Hoping to get my diet back on track... I am doing the labor day one too but there is no way i am going to reach my goal so i am going to try again.. Its 19 1/2 weeks until X-mas I would like to lose 40 lbs. which would be 20 lbs to my goal (50 lb to doc Goal)

    Spring into March 2010 Bandsters

    Hiya I am still here... I am just been having a rough time recently and havent had the desire to come here when everyone else is doing so good.. I had surgery at 290 lbs(lost 12lbs for surgery) I am 260 today.. I have been stuck at 260ish for like 2 weeks.. I bounce back and forth between 262 and 258.. I am working out hard, lifting 4 days a week and running 3-4 times a week. I know the area of weakness is my diet, I am so good for a few days and that i screw it up eating crap. I still think in my heart i am burning more then i am eating( i have the bodybugg that measure my calorie burn) but the weight isnt coming off.. I have only had one fill of 3 cc i think. The thing is, i know if i ate more slowly and didnt drink with meals i am not sure i need a fill.. I know that every day is a new day and i try to focus on being good one meal at a time..

  22. I cleaned downstairs cause I knew i would getting a cather(spelling) for atleast the surgery.. The took it out right after surgery i guess, dont remember it..
  23. ccole, Just checking up on you.. Are you doing? did you get a 2nd fill? I am down 40lbs and I am very happy with that... I am almost 19 weeks post surgery...

    Sleeping on my port side

    I lied on my stomach the next day.. i am a side/belly sleeper.. I use my body pillow and rolled on top of it.. it really helped...
