    I finish did the 5- Day Pouch Test and I lost almost 5 lbs :smile: !! FYI, started the same day I got the fill and I also workout on day 3 and 5 (light). Currently, I am eating "low-carb" so I can keep the weight off. I might do this again next month!!

    I workout 3 -4 days a week for a hour. I love the ARC trainer !! I burn about 700 calories in 45 mins , then some weights. I have P90X dvd, but it collecting dust. My goal is do the P90X in the morning, on my off days.

    Yep I forgot about that. I guess not eating food like "The Terminator " Sandwich everyday will help. I remember before the band I use to eat a whole large meat lover pizza in one sitting, then chase it with a 1 liter soda. :drool:
