After years and years of diets - crazy exercise gadgets and programs....I've finally decided to have surgery to aid in my weight loss. After months and months of agonizing thought - I have decided against the bypass and opted for the lap band surgery. I hope I'm making the right decision - but still have my doubts once in awhile. Either way, I can't wait to be healthy again !
