Thanks for your response Willow. He's one of my top picks so far. I'm also considering Dr. Snyder in Denver. Those are my two choices if my insurance covers it. If not, then I will probably go with Dr. Kirshenbaum in Aurora because his fee is so reasonable for self payers. I live in Monument. I will keep in touch. Thanks again.
