hey gurly! i went back to work today yucko. But they decidied to give me a raise b/c everyone has quit while i was out lol. I'm goen to sign up for the gym by my house tonight. How many days a week to you go to the gym? I didn't start a protein shake yet b/c they're all expensive and nasty tasting. Which ones do you take?

Hi. My name is Rita. Ur a very pretty gurl n i wanted to tell u that the same thing that happend to u happend to me. I was heavy all my life then in 2003 i lost weight on my own n got to 150 lbs n was thin. Then i got pregnant n gained sooooo much weight. After i had her in 2006 i tried to loose it but it wouldn't come off. I even gained more weight. I was banded on Aug 17, 09. So im still recovering but I'm getting there. Since I started my pre diet on 7/28 i've lost about 22 lbs.

Thats awesome. I bet ur getten excited. Wat kind of diet r u on? I'm finally on some mushy foods this week like tuna, chicken salad, cold cuts, mashed veggies, eggs, cheese and beans. Im really hungry though b/c i dont get my fill until sept. 29 which is my b-day, wat a bday gift right? well, tty soon

Awwww thats cute i wish i could wear a skirt. I hope by next spring i'll be ready. I wanna reach my goal of losing a 110 lbs by like may 2010. Is that a good time frame? My weekend was ok jus hung out wit the family n went to a bbq. But now my daughter is sick wit a cold so i had to leave work at 1 yesterday to take her to the dr. She gota cough med thats for a runny nose too. I hope she gets better soon cuz this coughen all nite keeps me up. wat r u doen for ur bday?

I got mine tightened on 3/2 n i feel better. Sienna is better for now but sneezen cuz she has allergies n asthma like me. Hows the newjob? You keep writen back to me on ur message board so i dont know when u do. lol......

Well i'll ask about the paapya pills as well. I don't feel chest pains jus the not able to swallow. I went to the gym tues n weds n it was awesomeeeeeeee I feel so good im gunna go again either fri or sat n sun. I hope it helps my weight loss. I do alot of weight training b/c they said its better to turn the fat into muscle then later do cardio. Wat do u like in the gym? ttyl........

I'm so sorry it took me soooooo long to get back to you. I lost my password so i couldn't log on unitl tonight. The baby is good now she was sick again last week w/ a cold so i had to call out 2 days n my job was pissed but oh well family comes first. N my boyfriend well more like my husband lol, had kidney stones n had to have surgery to blast them n put a stent in. So we r all recovering now lol. How r u all doing? Oh I lost 8 lbs since last month so my dr was extremely happy b/c she said the normal range is 4-8 lbs a month. N they took .75 cc's out of my band b/c she said thats why i was feeling like i couldn't swollow b/c it was too tight. So i have felt better since then. I go bak on 12/3 for another check. Do u get cheked every month? ttyl

Thats kool. Omg i fell down my stairs wednesday getten ready for work!!!!!! I hit my back on the edge of the stair n roll down the rest. When i stood up i couldn't breath at all. Im in so much pain. I went to the er and they said im just bruised but i only had xrays. Im gunna go to the chiropractor tues n hopefully he'll order an mri to see wat's really goen on. It sux really badd!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey im good jus worken n tryen to get over my back injury. I haven't been to the gym in a month, im soooooo disappointed in myself. Ur pix look really good. I feel good but I'm not seein the weight come off like I want. Ca u give me an example of what u eat in a day? How is ur daughter?

Thanx i'll def try one of those shakes b/c i need one asap. I was gunna try just walking on the treadmill for a couple of weeks until i see my surgeons office for my first fill on sept 29, then i'll ask them when i can really work out. I feel so blah right now b/c i'm getten more n more hungrier n i feel like i haven't anymore weight. How's ur daughter? Mines bday is soon on sept 15 then shes haven a princess ariel party. She's so excited but it went from like 30 people comen to around 60 or more. Lol, i'm goen broke with these parties every year. ttyl

That's awesome i need to go away. yea so sienna was wheezing yesterday when i piked her up from daycare so i had to do the nebulizer every 4 hrs n today her dad took her to the dr again n they here sumthin in her lungs so she gota start a antiobiotic n still nebulizer. I hope she better by her bday, poor lil thing. Does ur daughter go to daycare?

Sorry i now u were excited for that. How's gabby? Sienna has been sick a lot with her asthma starting up, shes been on her nebulizer every 4 hours n 2 different antiobiotics. Its been a mess.......
