Thanks for your encouragement Tanya....I am doing very well and have returned to work. Minimal port site pain, eating mushies, taking only Tylenol at night for discomfort.

My pre-surgical weight was 201.5 - this morning (6 days post-op) I was 192.5.

I highly recommend Dr. Zapata - and CIMA Hospital....have you followed my 'Adventures in Monterrey parts 1,2,3,and 4'? I tried to give as much detail as I could about the process.

I also live in Austin and I'm leaving for Monterrey Monday for my surgery. Did you see the Dr. in Bryan? was it worth the drive?
