30 lbs is good!!!!! look at it this way that is 30 lbs u dont have to see again! focus on you i had a hard time to say no to toher things and focus on ME!! whatever it is that is not helping you stay on track kick it to the side! drink a lot of water work out and eat small portions and only when u are hungry! good luck

thanks for the comment! and yes you are right its been a very hard journey and life change but its so worth it! when did u get the band? the hradest thing for me was to stop eating when i felt full and not snacking all the time. I still have trouble with sweets especially but if i eat a cookie i stop at that well maybe two lol but i dont do it often u have to allow ur self a special treat once in a while cause you are not dieting its a life style modification! with better choices but for real u can eat protein and veggies for the rest of their lifes? i wish u well and keep going!

hi pam, everyone is different and what works for me might not work for you. As a nurse i see where u coming from with being tired after work all i want to do is take a bath and go to bed. I work 12 hrs shifts so when i work i do not work out but the days that im off i hit the gym. Do you have a gym memebership? the band alone is not going to workout if u dont excersice believe me i been there! start by walking 30 min a day and do light wts with time u can increase your intensity and time. right now im doing a lot of cardio and wts to tone up. Drink a lot of water i drink 3 to 4 32 oz bottles a day and dont forget ur protein and vitamins. it takes a lot of patience to get there but YOU CAN DO IT!!!! my main motivation are my kids! but when u can wear things that u were not able to before it feels sooo good! also looking at other people who had success with the band is a motivation

OMG 13 lbs!!!!!!!! that is awesome!! im proud of you! i have 28 lbs for my 100 lbs wt loss, yeah i eat the protein bars too for bk sometimes i taught they were high on cal but my dietician said it was ok to have them cause they have a lot of protein. im postings new pics this week i let u know so u can see them! have a good week!! =)
