I got my body bugg! :] I asked my parents for it for my birthday and they granted my wish! WOO. I'm just trying to set it up, its a pain in my rear rigth now because the survey wont let me press done. I got an email from my counsler already, saying she wanted to set up a time to talk. I eat the almond milk with my ceral everyday, it tastes good with life ceral, its 80 calories for a cup, but I only use a 1/2 cup. I got mine at Trader Joes, they have vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and Regular. Regular was 1.69 all others were about 2.00 :]

my goal for 2008-- get to my goal weight! :] its going to take some hard work, i have about 75 lbs left to go.. I started my diet today, and I also have hired a personal trainer. I had to have a complete unfill due to my band being too tight, so I gained about 5 lbs over t-giving and christmas, which sucks! I'm going to work twice as hard to get down to my goal weight! I would like to start a weight challenge, would anyone be interested?? maybe January to Spring Break (March 15th ish?) :party:

tiff- thats awesome! I cant wait to be in a size 8! I'm envious. I'm having the same problem with the muffin top.. ha. I was a size 28, now I can get into a 16, but with a muffin top.. I got a tummy slimmer and that helps, cant wait to get down to goal so I can get it all removed! :] -kristen

I LOVE these tofu noodles. 8 oz. is 50 calories! I mainly eat them with Pasta and stir fry, i rise them, but i dont cook them, i just add them to the sauce and they taste great! shrimp Alfredo is my favorite so far!

woot.com usually has Zunes quite often.. cheapest I've seen is 59 dollars.. if you havent been to woot, there moto is "1 day 1 deal" so it changes everyday.. check it out..

I almost bought a bugg on ebay yesterday, but after figuring it out, I can get a new one for cheaper.. I'm trying to convince my mom to buy me one for my birthday.. im hoping to sell some of my expensive purses on ebay to rally up the money! I'll update soon.

Im a poor college student that doesnt have 300 dollars to spend, and I want to make sure this is a good investment.. before I save up and spend it! Is it really worth the money? Hi Everyone, I was just browsing this post, and everyone seems to be mentioning the Fill costs.. there is a lady that comes to Mesa every month and does fills for $100.00! she also works with Fill-Centers-USA, and my doctor personally recommended her to me.. I have her number, if anyone wants it. Also, I was just informed that Dr. Simpson of Phoenix has a program were you pay a one time fee of 400.00 and you get to go to his support groups, his nutritionist, and he will fill you up for 100.00 as well.. hope this helps!

Bear with me this is my first post. :fish: I'm 19, with a Lap-Band, and Im having troubles. I got banded July 29th. I've lost a significant amount of weight, 56 pounds to be exact... but right now I'm in a rutt. I havent really lost any weight in the past month or too, I dont think I need a fill.. but maybe I do. I know I was food addict, but now I'm starting to drink alot more then I used too, and I know I shouldnt. I have a gym membership, but I don't go. Does anyone have any diet advice? I tend to eat the same things, ie cheese and crackers, or salad with ranch dressing, I need your help! Could anyone give me any advice? What can I do? Anyone going thru this too? If your doctor won't fill you, find another doctor.. try going to yahoo and searching "fill centers usa" and see if they have any in your town/state. :cool: as for an update on my progress.. kinda in a rutt right now.. :fish:

I have morning tightness, I tend not to eat, or If I want to eat, drink some hot tea, or coffee that should help it :fish:

the reason why you cant drink beer is the carbanation, my doctor says no soda or beer, thats why, but i still drink it sometimes and I've had no problems.. I'm in college, and beer is the most readily available.. good luck!
