Congrats to all of you! You guys look great I haven't been on in awhile and have been super frustrated I feel like I'm gonna fail ...I have only lost 4lbs in a month and I've tried to change what I'm eating and also walking on the treadmill as much as my hip allows and nothing ...it is so frustrating ....I'm down 74lbs since surgery but have 109lbs left to get to my goal and im afraid i wont make it there ....could it be that I wint lose any more weight ?
