Hey just passing through. I feel like I have hit rock bottom with my weight loss and my motivation. Good news is I haven't gain weight, but bad news is that I haven't lost any either. I need some one here to help me get through this because I can't find time to exercise , go to school, and work 2 pm - 11 pm and still spend time with my child and boyfriend. Can you help me please?

it went smoothly. I was really groggy and sleepy all day yesterday. i am feeling a little better today just trying to walk around, taking baby steps.

It's finally over. I have a little bit of pain but have slept most of that off. I got banded 2-2 at 7:30 am, I cam home around noon. No regrets, surprisingly I am not hungry.

Hey Movie Star. I am having my surgery 2-2 and we are having ours really close together. I will keep you posted on my surgery

My doctor doesn't do the liquid diet he makes us Drink one protein shake, 1 serving of fruit and 2 smart one/healthy choices/lean cuisine meals... I guess I got it good compared to a lot of people, I can still somewhat eat

Hey my name is Marquita.I am waiting the same information. Anthem is taking forever.. my stuff was submitted on 1/8/2010 and I am still waiting, I am so excited and ready to roll.

I have a appointment with the the psychologist and nutritionist 1/8/2010 and then off to the mandatory workshop this weekend. Hopefully I will be getting a surgery date soon.. Please wish me luck

I know. I suppose to go to the Dr on 1/14 but if I get my money it will be before then. I have to take a mandatory weekend workshop
