how are you doing post banding?

hello, thanks for asking.. I am 2 weeks out and just started on the soft food phase... I am somewhat hesitant with it, but will be going shopping tomorrow. I just hope I can keep my weight loss steady.. that is my prayer. I have been walking on the treadmill since the the first week, and now he cleared to exercise fully. so i have incorporated the eliptical trainer yesterday. so that is about it.

I do have one question, any saggy skin around the stomach or arms area? I was banded on 9/1/09, and the same weight as you were. but I am 5'2

i am doing OK, sore and sluggish... yesterday I took the pain pills all day, but today I have not. Congrats to you on yesterday.. how do you feel?

I am wanting real food because I see it on TV. I cannot say I am hungry, but just here
