I just followed the program and work out a lot. I don't necessarily eat all the best foods all of the time but I try to keep a balanced diet. Thank you for your compliments. They mean a lot to me. Denise Austin's workout videos rock. I would suggest trying one of her videos to help with your weight loss. Good luck Jackie. I know you can do it. If I can anybody can.

Thanks LAL...those are really nice compliments. My starting weight was 350 and my current weight is 141. I got banded February 4, 2008 but I was required to lose some weight before surgery because my bmi was so high. I ended up losing 70 lbs pre surgery and the rest afterwards. I just worked out alot and stuck to the program. It just came off. I have been extremely lucky. Plus alot of my weight issue is due to PCOS. Everybody else in my family is skinny.

I have always lived here. Things are going really good. Wow 2 jobs and school....you stay really busy. I am considering going back to school and I am looking for a job. I recently had to move back home because the economy sucks so bad right now. Where did you move from?
