  13. I too went through the same thing! We see results but not the results that we desperatly want to see. We want to see us near our goal, no back fat no stomach rolls, nothing! lol...I use to complain meanwhile people are like "wowww look at you!" and im thinkin, yeahh look at me! :-( lol...Im happier now bc im focusin on strength training and I feel the muscle and less fat, and I know for sure I've changed drastically..Once u are near ur goal u will see the difference

  16. Thanks! I just wanted to add that if u focus on strength training, it will help build muscle which will burn fat quicker for you. You will get a nice shape, toned and sexy...so dont forget to lift those weights

    During weightloss, people start starring at u. Everywhere u go, all eyes are on u as people become shocked to the drastic changes. In the beginning, this was very difficult for me as my body fat use to protect me from all eyes. I started to feel vulnerable during my weight loss phase...EXTREMLY uncomfortable with stares and comments...But now, I got the hang of it! Give them a warm smile, give them a sexy turn, give them a fierce walk & most importantly, give them real hope...Can't blame me for my cat walk lmao

    A few changes that I've made for the month of sept 1. Enroll with Gaglione Strength- Strength training 3 times a week. I have a Fab Am coach who pushes me to the MAX! Like seriously, I don't get away with **** lmao...Eyes are always on me and he provides me with a lot of positive feedback. Lifting weights will not make u bulky, u will get toned and have a nice ass if u squat 2. Learning how to say "No" to unhealthy foods. Everytime u say no, u have the potential to lose weight. Every food choice we make brings us closer to, or further away from our goals! Remember you want to be sexy, strong, & lean! :-D 3. Focus on protein & clean eating. I know some people prob think I'm nuts or something with my protein/food post but if you focus on ur protein intake (60-80 a day) you will lose weight. It's better than focusing on carbs :-)

    Thanks! & Yes I think everyone has a lil bit of saggy skin..I have it around my arms and my stomache but Im focusin on strength training to help tone it up and also focusin on protein

    Are you 5'8"-5'9" and post- surgery?

    It can be difficult to maintain especially if your not consistant and continue to follow this lifestyle change. I remember I was around 185 before my cruise next thing u kno 1 week later im back in the 90's! no way!!!! LOLThats too close to 200...I want to go as low as possible without looking sick. I do believe 160 will look good on me, so I can have a gap to play with (between 160-170 for weight gain) You always want to leave enough room to play around for weight gain bc nobody truly stays the SAME weight forever...If you want to stay away from the 200's, I would say 160 would be extremly safe. For a person whose 5'8, 160 is a good weight
