Hi, Thanks for replying to me..I think your right about just letting my body rest...I have only been done with chemo for 3 months...I have to go for a blood test next week so cross your fingers...I am trying not to think about it cause then I just want to use that as an excuse to eat because I am worried about.Boy its a never ending battle.........:scared2::smile2:
  2. I got banded 4/07. Lost 144lbs. Diagnosed with colon cancer on9/08..Needed to open band for tumor surgery and chemo...Completed all of that. Refilled band then started having gallbladder issues. Needed to empty band to put a shunt in..Refilled band and now I am having a terrible time trying to get off the 60 lbs I gained when the band was open..I am filled back up to where I was when I lost all the weight but its terribly hard to get the weight off this time...I know what I have to do just can't stay on track and get it done....Anybody have any advice for me????:frown:JULIE
