congrats and good luck. I'm gonna keep sipping all the liquid and jello for another 6 day then move on to the Mushies and soft yogurts and protein drinks.. -

the instructions say to have 4oz. of clear liquids every hour. and they included the before mentioned so i was wondering if there was a limit to any of the liquid. Wx. can i have the broth all day long or the jello.. also how do you get one of those measuring meters on your profile -

Ive been banded 3 days and doing the liquid phase..it also include sug. free Jello and Ice pops. for the broth i Buy low sodium broth i add a pinch of Finely grated Romano cheese and a dash of back pepper heat it uo the cheese dissolves and it tastes great believe me. My friends say eating with me is like having a catch with Mikey Mantle..good luck.. -

they say clear liquids, jello(sug. free ) and broth my question is can i have the broth every other hour and jello and water in between or do the broth and Jello represent a meal and should only be eaten 3 times aday -
An Italian tip...I bought chicken stock (low sodium) i get 4oz. put a pinch of fine grated Romano cheese (it melts when you heat up the broth) and dash of black pepper and its pretty good..

Do you drink and eat at the same time? I heard that makes the food go down easier, but it's also cheating. I was told to eat first and drink about 30 minutes after..
