I am a married middle school teacher living in Southeast Michigan. I have been overweight since middle school and at my heaviest, I weighed 405 pounds. I had surgery in August of 2009 and it's been a roller coaster ride. My lowest was 271 and after a year of fills/unfills, I am up to 320.
