I am also new here - banded July 1, 2009 and not sure how to navigate the sight or all that goes along with it.

I was banded 7/01/09 and am doing pretty well except I can't seem to get rid of the gas. But my question is has anyone experience upper abdominal tightness that when you try to stand upright it feels like it is pulling and if you stand too straigt you might rip it. Any help?
