  3. yeah it does feel like a million sit ups....but the does go away...jsut make sure you rest and dont over do it! glad your feeling good =) im doing well...gained 5 pounds over a vacation lol so im working on losing those again or at least not gaining any more...its always a work in progress!!!

  7. Thanks! While I was losing weight I did a lot of cardio 4-5 days a week for at least 45 min. Ate a lot of tuna, chicken, some beef and steak. Not so much bread though. Eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt.....things like that =)
