  1. yea i understand bc everything is not easy. even w/ lap band or any type of surgery. it is hard work. bc excercising and dieting is the key. as well as calorie counting. right now i am taking a diet capsule called phentermine which suppress your hunger it works but i am scared if i come off it my hunger would boost a 100x more than before. I also take a vitamin called vitamin b12 which gives me energy. I started 2 weeks ago.

  4. Hi everyone I am from Miami, Fl. I am 20 yrs old, I weigh 350 and I am 5"7. I dont know if i weigh to much to get the lapband. Bc I heard if u weigh to much u cannot get it. But I dont want the gastric bypass at all. I am very much interested in lap band. But i am scared of the side effects. I even heard some ppl dont lose weight at all. But the thing I like is that if anything goes wrong u cld simply take the lap band off. Well is there anyone from the miami area know about Dr Jorge L. Sosa. Is he good? And what happends post-op. Thank you so much for reading and I look forward to hear from you all.
