I have been overweight all my life. I have gained steadily over the last 10 years. 3 years ago I had a nasty fall and I was left somewhat disabled and now am not able to exercise well. My weight has hit the heaviest I have ever been. I am now wanting to take some permanent measures in taking care of my body. I want to live a healthy life, not just a seemingly happy one.
