lol....hmm, maybe you should cut down the dinner to under 300 calories, atleast for yourself, not for your boyfriend. I was advised to stay within 1000 calories per day...when I followed that rule and excersized consistently and drank alot of water, I as dropping 5+ pounds per day...now, I dont listen lol so Im on a plateau...I dont plan on dieting until after graduation tho lol I am not tryna starve while celebrating lmaoo
