  1. Good morning ladies!! Well, as I sit here sipping my venti decaf latte AGAIN lol I realize I need to be way harder on myself then I have been. I did get on the scale as as of today I was 270.7. I was 285 at orientation 7/28. I guess that's a decent loss? I really believe my increase of water is helping, since water helps digest foods :sneaky: Candra honey the day I fit in some 16's (I believe thats what you said) I will probably ball my eyes out. I have been a 22 / 24 as long as I can remember!! I remember being a 14 back in 7th grade..... I really would like to meet with you all one day, but it seems you do alot on weekdays when I am at work lol. then usually my daughter is always at my side on the weekends...if you dont mind a wild 2 year old with me Does anyone else still drink coffee?? Did you drink it during the 1200 diet and still lost, or should I cut it out NOW!
  2. hey ladies! Candra whoo-hooooooo sept 14th! U got the month I wanted mine, cause I am on vacation lol, but I doubt it wil happen. My goal is to have the weight off by September, and hopefully be done by October! How is everyone doing? After my coffee @ lunch I never ate again until dinner, I was sooo full... I had some soda tho =X
  3. I am so happy Riley! That didnt give me the psych appointment; Dr. Fisher said they stopped doing them until people loose the ness. weight, otherwise they found people having to take time to do them, and then 20% only move forward, they felt it was a waste. He said once I am at 250, all my appointments will happen.
  4. Dude I dunno!! I cant miss work, and I dont know what time Richmond, Pinole, or Martinez opens (I leave my house at 7 am to get to work by 730!) and I pass all 3 of those. LOL
  5. Back from getting my coffee. I won't tell Liz or the other chick, what's her name? The one I didn't like? LoL :tt2: I really hope I stop retaining water soon! My first weigh in @ the Dr is next Tuesday, I wish I could stop off in the morning really fast before I eat but I really cannot miss work, nor afford too! I will have to wait all the way until I get home @ 4:45 to hit the mtz. kaiser....ah well, sundress and flip flops that day!! and I just turned down an ice cream woooo hooooo!!! :tongue2:

  7. September 11th @ 3:30 I meet Dr. Baggs! Annabelle told me to keep on loosing (Man maybe by then I will be ready!?) and he will see me then :tongue2: I feel SO MUCH BETTER all of a sudden!!
  8. I am cracking up!! I dont know who Annabelle is but she was sooo nice, she said "Girl, you are not the first to call and change Drs, and you damn sure won't be the last" I laughed so hard my boss looked at me!! Then she said who do you want? I said Dr. Baggs or Park...she whispers "Dr Baggs is the BEST, I will put you with him ok?" I said ok!! She is suppose to call me back. I dont want to change the amount I need to loose, the 30 lbs is fine. I just want to feel secure with who is doing this to me.
  9. yeah he is nice but something inside is bugging me...I can't put my finger on it. Do I have to meet with the new one if I change? Or can I continue loosing and meet with them later?

Man I really feel like I got the $hit end of the stick getting Dr. Fisher :tt2: why couldn't I get someone who made me loose 10 lbs or 15 lbs....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR I am majorly pms'ing today LOL sorry ladies. And I am calling to change my surgeon...any advise as to how I word this??? :tongue2:
  11. I am not sure. something about him made me really nervous to have him do the procedure...I am kinda wanting to meet Dr Park, who did my friends gastric....my bestfriend said I am just freaking myself out....
  12. and now I am mad, I felt like I was eating to much cottage cheese at breakfast (3 - 1/3 cups) and I called my mom to grab my binder to verify; she tells me it's 1/4 ! grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

  14. Good morning ladies, back on track today; I saw a friend of my brother's last night who hasnt seen me since I was 11!!! We met and of course, what happens? We eat. So today I am 4 lbs heavier, @274; Darn it!! but then again (TMI) it's my monthly friend coming sometime this week. I knew I was holding water in like crazy!!! I hope I can loose some more before my 2 week weigh in next Tues. I am going to the gym the rest of this week.....:smile2:
  15. LOL Riley I ate probably half the fries, and maybe 1/3 nacho's....oh and a large diet coke!! LOL.... Tomorrow is a new day like one of you ladies mentioned, and since I have loss some, I WILL KEEP GOING!!! ps - I think I want to buy those shape up sketchers. Also thinking about emailing Dr. Fisher with a weight update like he asked me too... pps- I bought the Carnie book "Im still hungry" on Amazon for 74 cents!

So my WONDERFUL MENU OF TODAY: Breakfast: Venti decaf skinny vanilla latte Nothing all day until 3 pm; Shared NACHOS AND SOME FRIES WITH MY BABY!! omg i am MAD AT MYSELF!! btw, I was 285 tuesday and according to my scale this morning I was 271!! go figured, and what do I go out and do??? :thumbdown::thumbdown::wink::thumbup::cursing::scared2::mad2:
  17. I will have to try the Ken's steakhouse dressing, because my olive oil and lemon is getting boring too! it's what I used on South Beach. A part of me wants to follow southbeach because I lost 11 lbs the first week, then 8 the second....but Liz said it more then once not to do your own diet.....
  18. Thanks Heather! I do feel really crappy, and I keep telling myself I want this!! but I just buckled. I am thinking the taste of coffee yesterday did it to me, because I was doing so well! My daughter had fries from Nations tonight and it took everything in me not to steal one, and I didnt!!! whoo-hoo!! Now I want to grab a pickle but thats snacking because I havent ate dinner yet....weekends have always been my weakness, since weight watchers, atkins, etc. Do you guys have any breakfast ideas for me? cottage cheese is getting boring already....
  19. Brianna was born September 30th, 2006! She is a wild Libra that's for sure lol. Its the same birthday as my brother and I know how crazy he was, so im in for a treat:) Well ladies I lasted Weds-Friday. TODAY HAS BEEN HORRIBLE!!!!! I don't know what happened.... Late Breakfast: Low Carb Burger from Carls J with a water Bored Lunch: I ENDED UP AT A MEXICAN PLACE!!!! Carnitas (Fried pork) with a salad with ranch, water.....the bad part?? let's see, the chips and salsa and the MARGARITA!!! darn it!!!! I was doing so well.... Side note I found some cute summer dresses @ Ross in Clayton for $4.99 and $8.99!! and their 2x!! I musta lost something!!

See, I wish I didn't get fisher!! ;( but oh well... okay ladies, here is my menu today...I bucked at dinner and had like 4 pickles, that are 5 cal each...is that ok?? Breakfast: 3/4 cottage cheese, 12 cherries, 1 slice turkey bacon Lunch: Venti Decaf skinny vanilla latte, 1 cup lettace, and 3 oz tuna. 1 tbs dressing....6 cherries Dinner: 3 oz extra lean burger w. 1 slice reduc fat cheese, wrapped in lettace, onions, and mustard. 1 medium potato (I knowwww I didnt drop the carbs yet) cooked in olive oil. Then the 4 slivers of pickle....lol
