hey there I see we are about the same weight now and have around the same goal. I cant wait to be out of the 200s but I seem to have hit a plateau at 246 ugh!!!! trying to up my protein and see if that helps. Hows it going for you?

Hey I saw your post about skin shrinking. You have done so well with your weight loss how is the skin going? I am loosing yet at this point I like how I looked better naked when I was bigger. But I tell myself the hard work will eventually pay off. Thanks

69 since the date of my sugery seminar! Didnt have any restriction really but got my third fill on monday now at 4.7cc in 11cc band. Eating tuna for lunch today and boy am I getting full quick!!

I really want to try it cause I am sure I can right now with no restriction but I also dont want to go to my first fill appt (11/30) having gained. Plus t day is coming lol. I am good. Feeling a lot stronger now and have post op appointment friday so Im excited to weigh myself. I havent yet put back on jeans lol mostly athletic pants or things with drawstrings. I start mushies on Nov 26 lol

I have the spicy v8 juice and microwave it so its kinda like tomato soup. My nurse also said if I must have something else drink a protein shake (if I am light headed and such).

Hey. So I went home same day and everything went great! A little sore in abdomen when I sit up or try to bend so Ive been watching that. My doc says no regular food till 6 wks! I may cheat and have a few mushies at 2 weeks. I asked and got the realize band too. thanks for the info! Yippee we are on are way chica!!

How long were you on liquids? My doctor says 4 weeks then on to mushies but hes a nazi! Cant wait 8am tomorrow!!

Hey hope things are going well! Send me a message when your up and around. Also lemme know how you handle the pre op liquid stage. My doc has it set for 4 wks before moving to mushies *sigh* missing Thanksgiving but I am sure I can do it!
