Instead of being nervous start conditioning your mind for the challenge your about to enter. You need to be ready mentally, all the other stuff will fall into place. Being banded was one of the best decisions Ive made in my life.

Sorry I dont know what happen, but anyway i get my 1st fill 7/15. I set a goal to loose 7-9 pounds by then. I only get on the scale at Dr's appt. I can tell by my clothes how Im coming alone. One of my co workers that was banded a yr ago, keeps telling me that Im over doing it working out everyday.She also said that my rapid lose is due to my body being in shock and promised that after the shock periods over my progress will stop. I hate to be the type to disregard things i dont agree with b/c I dont agree with her b/c Im coming down, fast I cant see it, but everyone around me does, and they dont even know Im banded. i will be posting new pics on my 1 month anniversary
