You look so beautiful. Dont remember you telln me what you are doing for your arms, they look great too. Are you serious 15 more lbs. We have to do something about this being in the same state not contacting each other. My cousin lives their and she is dealing with a brian tumor so Ive been there 3 times this yr. Im going to send you some info to contact me. -
I do 120 crunches every other day. I do 60 with a ball then sixty with this machine at the gym I cant remember the name of it but I will let you know. As Im doing my crunches I do 20 regular, then 20 to the sides. The days I dont go to the gym I do 60 crunches with the ball and Billy Blanks Rock Solid Abs
