I saw the entry that one let a doctor poke the port 13 times, first of all, I would never allow that, due to the risk of infection and inflammation, I probably would have ask for Fluro or anything that allows for visualization of the port. Could it be that your port moved, slippage or other problems. Tell me why he could not just simply feel the site and insert the needle, it really is a simple procedure. I just want you stay safe in your care. Be careful.
