Thanks for the compliment but trust me it has been a BATTLE for years. I am currently 201 at 5'3, on the picture I weigh 196. I was going on vacation and so I went on a diet for that and I have on a Good Girdle, (Justing being Real). I have always been able to lose but I have always gained it back. I was recently diagnosed with diabeties (not good) and PCOS which causes you to gain weight. I am at my witts end. I went thru alot to get approved and now I have mixed emotions...anixous, excited and nervous. I will admit that I don't have as much to lose as others but I want to get healthy and that means losing weight. I have been on sooooooo many diets that I can't count. I am looking forward to a size 10. I am wearing 16/18's now...

You seem to have mastered it and I wanted to hear it from somebody that was on top of their game. I too have dieted for years and finally after several failed attempts I saw the doctor and was diagnosed with PCOS which causes you to gain weight. Right now I am having to many episodes of "Last Suppers" I am eating everything that's not nailed down. Did you go thru that???

Yes I am , and I wanted to know if there was a difference. I am scheduled for surgery 7/08. Did you have mixed emotions, like I do? I am anxious, fearful and excited. Did you have any other surgery prior to this one? I haven't so that's why I am a little fearful.
