What does "SMO" stand for?

We will all be going through this together!

Except for my weight problem I have always been healthy- nothing has really bothered me. No meds. But since my Dr drew blood work- oh my B12 was low, my vit D was low so I have started supplements. Also I have never been consistent on taking vitamins- so I started that. NOW I have heartburn or indigestion- can just vitamins cause that? I am worried that if I have heartburn now will I have reflux after surgery. It seems the closer my surgery date gets the more I worry about alot of things--

I think it actually takes 30 minutes for us to eat a meal. You have to chew...and chew... and chew some more. And then rest.....lol

Someone mentioned a support group for Augustsleevers or Septsleevers depending on when you have your surgery. It was in a reply to a thread but now I can't find it. Can someone please tell me how to get to it? Thanks much ~Me

A lot of people say coffee taste different after surgery-- I gave up the cigs but would like to keep the coffee!

What exactly is this foaming? I haven't had surgery yet but don't really understand what "foaming and sliming" are? It doesn't sound real pleasant

Eventhough you can't see if yet aren't your clothes getting too big? That will be wonderful to me!

What is the August Support Group and where do you find it?

This may be a silly question but wouldn't the pain pills post op help with the headaches for the first few days after surgery?

Bearded Please don't tell me that you had caffeine withdrawal headaches the whole time you were off caffiene-- Doesn't it go away at some point????
