Wow! I call it willpower to! I am like Tiff and scale obsessed! I laughed over your husband not getting jealous- that's cute! -
I tried my best but didn't get in my recommended amount of Protein until the mushie phase. I was told to stay away from those bullet things- the nutritionist said it was the wrong type of protein. I would check with your Dr. I wouldn't get too upset so early after surgery. Just focus on staying hydrated!

swallowing pills! when to start...

I waited about 4-5 weeks for pills. I still do the chewable or gummy multi vitamin. Sorry it's not sooner -
Check with a jewelry store. I am having the same problem. I have lost 60 lbs and my rings can just slide off. Someone told me there is something called a speed bump that can be put inside the ring, but I haven't checked it out yet.

I drink right up till I take the first bite. I do try and wait 30 minutes after eating to drink again. -

Chocolate flavoured Unjury is my favorite- taste just like chocolate milk. I wasn't really a milk fan but I mix the unjury with skim milk every morning. My body now craves it! You can buy samples at unjury.com -

I have tried several and my all time favorite is Unjury- the chocolate flavor. I am not really a milk drinker but I drink the chocolate unjury every morning. I buy it from my surgeon's office but they also have a web site www.unjury.com and you can buy samples before buying the larger tub. Hope that helps
