Congrats on your decision and I assure you it was by far the best decision I have made...as far as advice...I have found that as much as I read the forum and everyones opinions it all ended up being trial an error...things that worked for others didnt always work for me...and like I said I had yet to see anyone as big as I was...so it bummed me out...silly I know but thats how I looked at it...I wasnt looking for instant satisfaction and there are still days when I look at myself and see no difference...I think the hardest part is going to be changing the Inner me as corny as that sounds...having been big most of my life once you start to loose that wieght your head doesnt catch up as quickly...I would love to keep in touch with your progress!! Its always exciting to see someones smile come back to life!! Best of luck...Kristina

I had my second fill last week...and it was a huge change for me from the first fill...All together since surgery I have lost 58 lbs...And sometimes my bites are too big as well...I pay for them...I like to think of them as my reminders...lol

I saw your post and I just recently had my lap band on the 27th...how is yours going so far?
