  2. I finally have my date confirmed! July 10th. On my birthday. Think it's an omen???

So I was thinking a name with July in it. Don't have any really good ones.

    July Jewels?

We are all jewels weather we are fat or not, and we are losing weight for ourselves, and to shine! ?!

    Just a thought!

  4. Most pharmacy's sell Vitamins in liquid form, this should solve your dilemma.

can anyone recommend a Vitamin that will not get stuck. They are so big. i was banded on 2/23 and am having a hard time keeping Vitamins down. They get stuck and make me vomit yellow saliva..

Also, I can't get the required 60 to 80 grams of Protein in a day with food alone and am so sick of Protein shakes.. does anyone know if they make a pill or Vitamin form of protein?

I know this is why i probably feel tired all the time, I keep trying but I can not eat that many grams of protein per day.

  5. I am looking at mid month , if all goes well :-) Lets keep each other up to date!

I too am looking forward to August surgury, I am very impatient. I feel I need the control of the lap-band. I have tried diets and the only one that seemed to work for me was the Atkins Diet. I went on it twice and each time I lost considerable weight, only to gain it all back and then some. My knees and back are paying the price for the weight I've carried most of my adult life. For all the anomousity the operation carries with it, the outcome is the silver lining. I hope that all goes well for you, and you resume a life not burdened by the physical and emotional degradation of obesity.
